We own several rentals in town and are always looking for good quality carpet cleaners. We recently had a tenant who worked outdoors and tracked in copious amounts of mud onto the Berber carpeting.  I was concerned that it would not come clean since it was really ground in.  Comstock's Cleaning cleaned the carpeting after the tenant moved out and much to my amazement, they were able to get all the ground in mud out.  The carpeting in totally clean and new looking.  Our tenant is thrilled because he will not be required to replace the flooring.

We will be using Comstock Cleaning for all our carpet cleaning needs from now on.  I recommend them to anyone looking for quality cleaning at a reasonable price.

Oh my goodness, I have never had a two team cleaning service. The Comstocks are wonderful. I couldn't believe the before and after of my carpet. I live in Anacortes and have had a rental for 2 years.
